BidReadyDesk provides government-contracting advisory support for small businesses — including bid-readiness reviews, opportunity screening, compliance checklists, capability-statement help, and proposal-preparation guidance. We provide advisory work product to support your decisions; you remain responsible for running your business and for your own bids and submissions.
3. Engagements and Fees
The scope, deliverables, and fees for each engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full payment card numbers. Unless your engagement confirmation states otherwise, fees are for services rendered, and any refund or cancellation terms will be set out in that confirmation.
4. No Guarantee of Award
Government contract awards are decided solely by the contracting agency. We do not and cannot guarantee that you will be found eligible for, shortlisted for, or awarded any contract, or that you will achieve any particular result from using our services.
5. Not Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice
Our services are advisory only and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and do not create an attorney-client relationship. For advice in those areas, please consult a qualified professional.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you provide, for reviewing all work product before you rely on it, and for the final preparation and timely submission of any bid, quote, or proposal. You confirm that you have the right to share any materials you give us.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidReadyDesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or missed awards, arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid for the engagement that gave rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our services or obligations change. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of the site or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
